With laboratories located in Stephenville and Canyon we are able to provide producers with a quick turnaround with reliable results.  The machinery is calibrated, at a minimum, weekly to standards from Eastern Laboratory Services and also the Dallas Milk Market Administrator.  Quality results are further ensured by performing hourly pilot sample checks of every machine to check continual accuracy.
